How to apply?

Erasmus Plus logo inserted into the text   Your home university should notify the International Office of the IFE of your arrival so that we can inform you about the exchange programme enrolment procedure.

 

To enrol at the IFE, students should register online at www.mobility.p.lodz.pl/in. All candidates should fill in the online application form, print it and send the documents signed by the home university to International Office of the IFE. We accept originals of the documents as well as their scanned versions.

 

DOCUMENTS

A set of application documents should contain:

  • Application Form (printed from an online application and signed by the home university), 
  • Learning Agreement to conform with a list of courses contained in the agreement about the double diploma (printed from an online application and signed by the home university),
  • Transcript of Records (issued by the home university),
  • Your current photo which must be in compliance with the requirements for the issuance of an ID card,
  • Copy of your passport and ID card,
  • Copy of your health insurance card valid in Poland for your entire stay,
  • Copy of your civil liability insurance and personal accident insurance cards valid in Poland for your entire stay.

 

IMPORTANT DATES

  • 30 June – final date for submitting application documents if you apply for the winter semester or the entire academic year or 15 July if you apply for the winter semester for European Project Semester.
  • 30 November – final date for submitting application documents if you apply for the summer semester.
  • Copies of health insurance, civil liability insurance and personal accident insurance cards can be sent at a later date.

 

Documents should be sent by mail to the Student Assistance Office (SAO) sao@info.p.lodz.pl  or by post to the following address.

DOUBLE DIPLOMA

Photo of two diplomas   Your home university should notify the International Office of the IFE of your arrival so that we can inform you about the exchange programme enrolment procedure.

 

To enrol at the IFE, students should register online at www.mobility.p.lodz.pl/in. All candidates should fill in the online application form, print it and send the documents signed by the home university to International Office of the IFE. We accept originals of the documents as well as their scanned versions.

 

DOCUMENTS

A set of application documents should contain:

  • Application Form (printed from an online application and signed by the home university), 
  • Learning Agreement to conform with a list of courses contained in the agreement about the double diploma (printed from an online application and signed by the home university),
  • Transcript of Records (issued by the home university),
  • Application form for the double diploma programme (obtained form the International Office of the IFE),
  • Document confirming completion of secondary education (in the case of application for first and second-cycle studies) and a document confirming obtaining a bachelor’s degree abroad (in the case of application for second-cycle studies,
  • Document confirming the knowledge of the language of instruction at the host university,
  • Your current photo must be in compliance with the requirements for the issuance of an ID card,
  • Copy of your passport and ID card,
  • Copy of health insurance card valid in Poland for your entire stay,
  • Copy of civil liability insurance and personal accident insurance cards valid in Poland for your entire stay.
