Piotr Cedzyński – Creative Director of the biggest and best advertising agencies in Poland. For over twenty years he has been working on the most recognizable global brands, not just creating by himself, but also training and leading less experienced employees. He loves the quote by Einstein - „Creativity is intelligence at play” – although he knows for a fact that the quote is
not real.

Wojciech Pleskacz – Tied to the creative industry for over seven years. Specialist in communication design. He gained his experience as a strategist and copywriter in branding and advertising agencies. He has worked (and still does) for both local brands and global corporations.
Screenwriter, author and aficionado of creativity in music.

10:00 – 10:15 – Introduction

10:15 – 10:30 – Division into groups and briefing

10:30 – 11:15 – Incubation warm-up

11:15 – 11:30 – break

11:30 – 12:30 – 1st exercise       

12:30 – 12:45 – break

12:45 – 13:45 – 2nd exercise

13:45 – 14:45 – lunch break

14:45 – 15:45 – 3rd exercise

Students are divided into four groups. They are then given a problem, the solution to which is divided into four exercises, which in turn are divided into four segments. During the exercises each group works on one segment. The final effect is a collective project.

Each exercise comprises of three parts – intensive mental work based on creative tasks, an incubation break and constructive criticism. During the workshop participants learn and practice four different creative techniques and various incubation techniques.
