If your programmme of study involves potential exposure to harmful, burdensome, or dangerous factors - according to the Study Regulations - you must undergo a medical examination and provide the university with the appropriate medical certificate. The deadline for submitting the certificate is November 10, 2025.
📄 You will receive a referral for the examination via your student email. It will be a digitally signed PDF file (look for the “fountain pen” icon with the details of the person who signed it).
What’s next?
1. Print the referral.
2. Go to one of the healthcare facilities cooperating with the Marshal’s Office of the Łódź Region.

The examinations are free of charge only at the facilities listed. The cost of examinations performed in other facilities will not be reimbursed by the university.
After the examination:
Scan or take a clear photo of the medical certificate and send it back as an attachment in reply to the same email in which you received the referral.
🔔 Do not change the subject of the message and do not send it in a separate email!
You can also submit the original certificate in person to the IFE Student Office.
⚠️ Lack of a valid medical certificate may result in being barred from classes and, consequently, removal from the student list. Don’t delay!
