If your programmme of study involves potential exposure to to harmful, burdensome, or dangerous factors - according to the Study Regulations - you must undergo a medical examination and provide the university with the appropriate medical certificate.
🗓 Deadline for submitting the medical certificate: 30 October 2026
📄 The referral for the medical examination can be downloaded from the Candidate Portal via the recruitment system under the Student Zone section.
After the examination:
Please scan or take a clear photo of your medical certificate and send it by email to the IFE Student Office at ifestudents@info.p.lodz.pl.
Alternatively, you may submit the original certificate in person to the IFE Student Office.
Please note that failure to submit a valid medical certificate will result in your removal from the list of students. We encourage you not to leave this until the last minute.
