IFE students have an opportunity to participate free of charge in this year’s Girls Future Ready Summit, one of the largest leadership conferences created by young women for young women. Thanks to an initiative by Zofia Kierner, founder of the Girls Future Ready Foundation, 30 free tickets have been made available to the IFE girls' community.
In March 2026, Zofia Kierner visited the International Faculty of Engineering at Lodz University of Technology. During the meeting, Zofia shared her experience of building a business, developing social initiatives and managing priorities. Zofia is now reconnecting with the IFE community by offering students a special pool of free tickets to the Girls Future Ready Summit 2026.
Connecting young women with global leaders
The Girls Future Ready Summit 2026 will take place on 25 September 2026 at EC1 Łódź. The event will bring together more than 1,000 young women aged 14 to 26 from Poland, Europe and beyond. Its programme will combine inspiring keynote speeches, panel discussions and practical conversations with representatives of business, technology, media, education and public life.
The conference will address topics including:
- leadership and leadership skills,
- entrepreneurship and finance,
- science, technology, engineering and mathematics,
- artificial intelligence and emerging technologies,
- negotiation,
- personal branding,
- education and career development,
- building an international professional network.
Headline speakers will include Sanna Marin, former Prime Minister of Finland; Jenny Just, investor and co-founder of PEAK6; and Bailey Bass, an actress known for her role in Avatar.
This year’s theme,“Embrace being the youngest in the room,” encourages young participants to speak up, take advantage of new opportunities and see their age as a strength. The Girls Future Ready Summit provides a space for acquiring knowledge, exchanging experiences and building relationships that can support participants in their academic, professional and personal development.

IFE students who would like to use one of the free tickets should:

- complete and submit the registration form.
The number of free tickets is limited to 30, so interested students are encouraged to register as soon as possible.
