As a Technical Sales Trainee for our Adhesive Packaging Business, you will embark on a 12–16-month rotational graduate program across Europe, starting with a program kick-off in September. The target position for this role is in the European Packaging Sales team homebased in Poland. During the program, you will experience various Marketing & Sales roles, learn alongside technical experts and Application Engineers, receive mentoring, and build connections with peers, mentors, and senior leaders.
You will be supported throughout your journey, ensuring a smooth transition into your long-term role in the local sales team in Poland with unique growth opportunities and international experiences.
